Splits 11.6 for the 100, 22.6 for the 200 and 35.84 for the 300. As I'm preparing for season 2, I thought it was time to do a hard run at 100% effort to see where my performance is at currently. Been doing so much strength lately, this was crucial to see what progress I'm making in this time period (December). I’m opening season 2 with the 400 (January), so I believe a 300 meter time trial today will be a good indicator to see more or less where my 400 might be. My goal is to break 50 and I think I’m on pace to do it. I’m very happy with this 35 high, especially this early and for a solo practice run.
