30m fly testing yesterday. Borderline regretting testing yesterday in low 40 degree temperature but we gotta get it in. Here's some of the faster times of the evening. Rigo and Armaan definitely can get in the .98, .99 range and Andrew had a .97, but that run was slower overall. Hoping to drop the 10m fly time down more and then work on holding it. We shall see how they progress. Oh, and in anticipation of comments like "I ran .93 when I was grade", I want to in 7th say in advance, "good job, keep it up!" But honestly though, if I post a video of my toddler at 18 months old runningaround, isn't it kinda weird for someone to comment, "my baby is 12 months old and he can already hurdle with his eyes close, backwards, no warmup". Like ummm okay, cool. Or "that baby needs to lift his knees and his shin angle isn't low enough", chiiiiiilll. Go get a massage, take a walk, it ain't that serious.
