Jakob Ingebrigtsen training has been a spectacle for years, due to his amazing performances at such a young age. But since he now is the Olympic champion from the 1500m at the Tokyo 2021 Olympics; Jakobs training is now on a whole new level of demand in the track and field world.

Threshold Workouts - The ingebrigtsen training is highly focussed on controlled threshold training. Mainly consisting of intervals on the track or treadmill.

Hill workouts - It is also known that hills are popular in Jakob Ingebrigtsen workout routine. Usually 2x10x200m with lactate testing after the first set.
