Last month, while in Paris for PUMA's celebration ahead of the Summer Games, we managed to get some time to talk with 400m hurdles world record holder and reigning Olympic champion Karsten Warholm about how he plans to run even faster than he did at the Tokyo Olympics, where he shocked the world by running 45.94s.

He opened up his 2024 outdoor season on May 22nd with a 33.28 in the 300m hurdles at the Trond Mohn Games in Norway. The time is just .02 off his world record from 2021.
