In this video, Adam From SSA Athletics reacts to the Karsten Warholm world Record for the 400m Hurdles to which he set in Oslo Norway.

In early July Karsten Warolm broke Kevin Young's 29-year-old world record which was previously set for the men's 400m hurdles in the Barcelona Olympics early in the month of July to a home audience at the Bislett Stadium. I will look at the Norwegians performance and react to it in order to find out how he did it.
