Karsten Warholm (NOR) took off like a rocket out the blocks, by the halfway point the race was already for 2nd Place. The Norwegian Superstar set his compatriots in the stands at Bislett Stadium into an Absolute Frenzy as he crossed the Finish Line the clear winner, setting a New World Record. 21-Year-Old Brazilian Sensation Alison dos Santos was 2nd, setting a new South American Record.
