Norwegians and the 400m hurdles seem to go hand-in-hand.

Following in the footsteps of global phenomenon Karsten Warholm, Bastian Elnan Aurstad impressed in the final of the European U18 Championships.

The Norwegian clocked an impressive 50.89, a World U18 Lead and his first time under 51 seconds, to take gold in Jerusalem.
