Here I (Tanis Leonhardi; she/her/hers; of Seattle) talk through the Karsten Warholm (of Norway), 400 metres hurdles race at the 2024 Wanda Diamond League meet in Silesia, Poland (time of 46.95 seconds in the final on Sunday 25 August 2024). With his time he achieved a meet record time and first place. I provide my take/perspective on his performance and contextualize it in terms of his time here relative to his time of 47.06 seconds in the final of the same event at the 2024 Summer Olympic Games on Friday 9 August 2024 (16 days earlier).
