In this video I do my last hard workout of the build toward my 10k race. This workout also happened to be on the coldest day of the year in Seattle (it was 15-17 degrees during this), so it made for a challenging day. Overall though, I'm happy with my effort on 5k pace, threshold, and mile pace reps of this workout. I did everything I could to get the most from myself!
