American shot putter Ryan Crouser was allowed to add a prize in his trophy cabinet in Switzerland.
The winner of Olympic gold in Tokyo and in Rio was well ahead of his compatriot Joe Kovacs and his first overall win in the Diamond League emerged from this.
“I have two gold Olympic medals and the world record, but I had never won the Diamond Trophy.
