In maybe the greatest race in Summer Olympic track and field history Norway's Karsten Warholm won the Gold Medal and set a world record in the Men's 400 meter hurdles with a time of 45.94. He becomes the first person to ever break 46 seconds in the event. American Rai Benjamin won the silver medal with a time of 46.17. Both sprinters talked about the epic race.
